This position is responsible for day-to-day transactional accounting including payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. This is a hybrid position and some in-office days will be required. 


  • Process invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit cards to general ledger
  • Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies and irregularities
  • Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff and vendors
  • Compile and prepare monthly, quarterly, and/or annual reports as required
  • Assists in the development, implementation, modification, and documentation of record-keeping and accounting systems
  • Prepares, examines and analyzes accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  • Maintain neat and organized files
  • Drive process improvement and identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1-2+ years of experience

Skills Required:

  • Strong working knowledge of accounting principals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Netsuite
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet various deadlines
  • Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner
