The Consumer Research Department at Gearbox Publishing is looking for a Senior User Research Analyst to join our team! The Senior User Research Analyst is responsible for collaborating with project developers and User Research Investigators to analyze study data collected on titles from across the Gearbox portfolio. In addition, this role will assist in the development of research methods and paradigms, and data collection tools and approaches. The Senior User Research Analyst is also responsible for advocating for data collection and analysis best practices, moderating cross-disciplinary collaborations, and driving improvements to the Analysis Team’s capabilities through continued training, education, and research.
