We are currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team! This is a full-time position at a fun, growing company, with excellent benefits.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partners with employees and senior HR management to interpret and administer various HR policies and procedures.
  • Communicates and implements pro-active employee strategies pertaining to employee relations.
  • Focuses on creating a positive employee relations environment and culture.
  • Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of not just the HR department but the entire organization.
  • Works with extremely sensitive and confidential information and uses discretion.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a full-time Human Resources role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a must
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and HRIS


Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with the video game industry
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience with HRIS implementation
