Gearbox is looking for a talented Helpdesk Technician to join our team.
This candidate will join a high performing helpdesk team in supporting our studio. You’ll be friendly and eager to dive into any problem thrown your way. You’ll be comfortable with a wide range of hardware and software, and rarely settle for the default settings. You’ll think automation first and manual second. This individual must be a self-starter and be willing to handle all manner of tasks with a positive attitude and a minimum of hand-holding. This position will require you to carry a mobile device and will occasionally require after-hours and weekend work.
