Technical Writer

Gearbox is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our Spark team. The team has been successfully developing cutting-edge services for our games since 2010. As the number of services and features continues to grow and evolve, and our partners continue to grow, we recognize the importance of effectively communicating our features and our values. The right candidate will understand and appreciate each feature and service is a story that needs to be understood from many perspectives. What a game side online programmer needs to understand will be different than a game designer and again different than a producer. This role embraces the challenge of telling those stories. The right candidate will appreciate vigilance in the consistency of language and style as well as feel pride in accuracy and effectiveness of communication. When successful, this Technical Writer will enable the team to partner with and support far more endeavors than it could before.
